The Blood Bank of Hawaii needs you. By joining our dedicated team of volunteers, you can help maintain a safe and ample blood supply for all patients in our community. Not only do volunteers provide direct services to blood donors, but volunteers also play a critical role in supporting a variety of our operations. You can participate in this important community service by working a schedule to fit your needs in a pleasant environment with supportive staff members.

Ways to Help

• Deliver blood to hospitals
• Escort donors during the donation process.
• Work at a donation center or blood drive.
• Monitor donors after they have given blood.
• Provide administrative and clerical support.
• Telephone donors to confirm their blood donation appointment.
• Host our donor refreshment area.
