Mark Your Calendars

Plan on attending the Blood Bank of Hawaii's annual recognition luncheon in January for all blood drive coordinators and your island’s top donors.

Not only will this be an opportunity for the Blood Bank to recognize your efforts, but one for you to hear the inspiring stories of people whose lives have been saved by blood transfusions. Visit our coordinator display booth featuring materials available for your use, including new patient posters, newsletters, and the recently printed coordinator handbook.

You’ll meet this year's featured entertainer, Nohelani Cypriano, whose mother needed many transfusions during her battle with cancer. Cypriano was also a Lady Lifesaver in August, encouraging women throughout Hawaii to donate blood. Luncheon invitations will be mailed in December and RSVPs are required. All events are from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
