The latest in blood drive coordinator resources is now available on-line on the Blood Bank of Hawaii's website at www.bbh.org. The coordinator corner is accessible from the homepage of the website and selected materials may be printed or downloaded. These official materials require a username and password. If you have not yet received a username and password, contact your blood bank representative via phone or email and one will be issued to you. Here are just some of the materials you will find in the Coordinator Corner:
Forms
High school blood drive coordinators no longer need to wait for faxed copies or mailed copies of parental consent forms. These forms can now be printed directly from our website for you to distribute to student blood donors.
Brochures
BBH brochures can be used as simple, reader-friendly handouts to potential blood donors. All brochures are available in PDF (portable document format). Be sure to checkout “A Guide to Giving Blood,” and a handy, new list of unacceptable blood pressure medications.
Newsletter Articles
Articles about blood donation are now available in template format to use in your next company newsletter. Share with employees how one donation can save three lives.
Patient Posters
Looking for heartwarming and inspiring flyers or signs to promote your upcoming blood drive? You can print out full-color signs (8.5” x 11”) featuring the photos and stories of blood recipients. You may also attach these files to email correspondence when reminding donors of their appointments.
Letter Templates
Don’t have time to write thank you notes? Thank you letters to donors from the CEO or company leaders are available in template format.
