Professionals Unite to Boost Donations Downtown
Blood Bank of Hawaii supporters in Downtown Honolulu are coming together to form the first Downtown Donor Center Friends for Life committee.
These professionals from various business sectors will work to increase donor participation at the BBH downtown location. Founding members are Bill Brennan, Information Specialist of the State Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs; Jack Lockwood, Esq. of Ashford & Wriston Attorneys at Law; Lori McCarney of McCarney, Sack and Santilli; Judith Perry, Managing Director of Merrill Lynch; and David Thomas, Vice Chairman of Bank of Hawaii Retail Banking.

They have volunteered their knowledge and resources to enhance the blood donor program. The committee will meet to build on the existing network of downtown businesses that participate in blood drives at the Downtown Donor Center.
