Send a Friend Promo Extended

The Blood Bank’s popular Send a Friend program, which rewards donors who send in someone who gives blood for the first time, has been extended through the end of year on all islands.

Donors will be given a Send a Friend card at each donation appointment until December 31st. After filling out their information, the card can be given to a friend who would consider saving lives through blood donation.

The referring donor gets a custom T-shirt when the friend donates and turns in the referral card to the Blood Bank of Hawaii upon his or her first donation.

The new donor will then get a Send a Friend referral card and can also qualify for a T-shirt by sending in another first time donor before the end of the year. For more information about the Send a Friend program please call the Donor Services Dept. at 848-4735.
