The Blood Bank of Hawaii needs you. By joining our dedicated team of volunteers, you can help maintain a safe and ample blood supply for all patients in our community. Not only do volunteers provide direct services to blood donors, but volunteers also play a critical role in supporting a variety of our operations. You can participate in this important community service by working a schedule to fit your needs in a pleasant environment with supportive staff members.
Ways to Help
- Deliver blood to hospitals
- Escort
donors during the donation process.
- Work at a
donation center or blood drive.
- Monitor
donors after they have given blood.
- Provide
administrative and clerical support.
- Telephone
donors to confirm their blood donation appointment.
- Host our
donor refreshment area.
